Greenhill, a part of Mizuho Americas, in New York seeks an experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join its M&A team. The role focuses on origination, structuring, and execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions, and other strategic advisory mandates.
Candidates should have 6+ years in investment banking or an MBA in Finance and hold a current VP position at a top-tier bank. Strong modeling, valuation, and client presentation skills are required.
