Job description
DLH Corporation in Austin, TX seeks a Training Coordinator 2 to develop training curricula and deliver NET, Delta sessions, on-site programs, and over-the-shoulder coaching. You’ll manage post-event reporting to ensure compliance and measure training effectiveness, supporting organizational learning across programs.
The ideal candidate has extensive MACCS experience, formal curriculum development, and prior instructor/analyst roles supporting Marine Corps systems. A Secret clearance is required.
