Machine Assembly – ElectricalCardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Machine Assembly – Electrical position in Perrysburg, OH. As a Machine Assembly – Electrical associate for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a manufacturing environment supporting the electrical build and wiring of industrial machines. This role involves connecting electrical components such as motors and sensors, wiring control panels, and installing raceways while following detailed electrical schematics and documentation. This position requires candidates who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with hand tools and electrical systems. All employees are offered competitive compensation of $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available Shift:Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (general schedule) Occasional evenings and weekends as neededDuties and Responsibilities:Wire electrical devices on machines according to schematics and instructionsInstall and connect motors, sensors, and other electrical componentsTerminate and label wires in control panels and terminal stripsInstall raceways such as wireway, ladder tray, and cable supportsUse hand and power tools to complete electrical and mechanical assembly tasksAssist with mechanical assembly work as neededWork independently or as part of a team to complete projectsRequirements and Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of wiring or electrical assembly experienceAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsBasic understanding of industrial electrical systemsMechanical aptitude and willingness to assist in assembly workAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectivelyAbility to lift and perform physical work throughout the shiftTravel may be required or offered depending on project needsAt Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
