Machine HelperWe are seeking mechanically minded individuals to join our team as a Machine Helper in a manufacturing environment. Whether your background is in a high-speed manufacturing environment, assembly operations, or general warehouse logistics, we want people who enjoy troubleshooting and optimizing equipment. If you are a skilled machine operator or have a background in maintenance, this role offers a great career path. No prior envelope experience is required—we provide full training on setup, troubleshooting, and operating as a quality inspector for our products.Competitive Pay: $18-$20+/hr to start—will train! Whether you are transitioning from another field, we offer great starting rates.Comprehensive Benefits: Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program.Career Advancement: Access to specialized training and fast-track promotion opportunities.Responsibilities IncludeSet up, operate, and optimize high-speed envelope manufacturing machineryPerform equipment changeovers and make precise mechanical adjustments using precision measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and other hand toolsPerform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive machinery care to minimize downtimeAct as a quality inspector during production runs to ensure products meet exact engineering standards and customer specificationsCollaborate closely with assembly staff, machine operator teams, and warehouse personnel to maintain seamless shift handoffsKeep detailed safety, quality, and production logs throughout each shiftSkills/QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude required; previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, printing, packaging, automotive, or maintenance is highly valuedPrior experience as a machine operator or working in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferredFamiliarity with reading precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes to follow technical specifications accuratelyExperience performing basic quality inspector duties, such as visually inspecting parts and running routine quality checksStrong problem-solving abilities, physical stamina (ability to lift up to 40 lbs), and reliable attendanceWhat's In It For YouComprehensive Paid Training: Hands-on instruction covering specialized converting equipment, flexographic printing, setup/changeover techniques, preventive maintenance, and high-speed machine optimizationCareer Development: Expand your technical skill set in precision measurement (using calipers, micrometers), equipment maintenance, and advanced manufacturing processesFavorable Work Schedule: Day training shift (Mon–Fri 7am–3pm) transitions after 6 months to Afternoon shift (Mon–Thu 3pm–Midnight, Fri 3pm–7pm), providing a consistent 40-hour work week plus potential overtimeApply Today!
