Position: Machine Helper
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Partners Personnel is looking for reliable, motivated, and hardworking Machine Helpers to join a busy manufacturing facility in Macungie, PA.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to gain experience in manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist machine operators with daily production tasks.
* Load and unload materials from production machines.
* Monitor products and report any quality issues.
* Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
* Keep production areas clean and organized.
* Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
* Help meet daily production goals.
Job Requirements
* Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Good attendance and reliable transportation.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
