Now Hiring: Machine Operator IReady to get hands-on in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for reliable Machine Operators with manufacturing experience to join a growing team!Available ShiftNight Shift (Injection Mold)Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM Mechanical experience (working on cars, tools, equipment) is a BIG plus!What You'll DoPrepare machines for production (check safety & operating parameters)Load parts into machinesRemove finished parts after cycle completionInspect products for qualityRepair minor defectsClean molds and equipmentEnsure materials are ready for productionFollow all safety and production proceduresYou'll be a key part of producing high-quality components in a hands-on manufacturing setting.What We're Looking ForMUST have manufacturing experienceEntry-level role (training provided)Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Ability to convert weights & measurementsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to follow written & verbal instructionsMechanically inclined candidates encouraged to applyPhysical RequirementsLift 70+ lbs regularlyProlonged standingFrequent bending, pushing, pulling & stoopingWork in hot summers & cold winters (non-climate controlled areas)Ideal CandidateDependable & safety-focused Comfortable in a production environment Mechanically inclined Team player with strong work ethicIf you're ready to build your manufacturing career and work steady hours with overtime potential — apply today!
