Machine OperatorLocation: Saint Cloud, MNCompensation: $17.00- $20.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st & 2nd ShiftsJob Type: Temp-to-hireAbout the Opportunity: Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading mailing and printing services company in Saint Cloud, MN. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:Learn to safely set up, operate, and maintain high-volume mail inserting equipmentLead a small team while monitoring machine performance and ensuring production goals are metVerify production paperwork and job tickets to ensure mail pieces are processed accuratelySort, package, and prepare completed mail according to postal regulations and shipping requirementsMaintain a clean, organized work area and perform routine housekeeping around equipmentReport machine malfunctions, production delays, or quality concerns to the shift supervisor promptlyWhat You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:Must have at least 3–6 months of production, manufacturing, or machine operation experience within the last 2 yearsMust be able to read basic instructions, write simple information, and perform basic math calculationsMust be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift in a fast-paced production environmentMust be able to frequently bend, stretch, and lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 40 poundsGood close, distance, and peripheral vision to safely monitor fast-moving machineryStrong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to producing quality work while following safety proceduresWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
