Champion Personnel is NOW HIRING experienced Machine Operators for a well-established, family-owned metal fabrication company located in Streetsboro, Ohio! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking for a stable position with a company that values its employees and offers opportunities for long-term growth.
Position Details
Location: Streetsboro, OH
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You'll Be Doing
Operate a Haeger insertion machine used to install fasteners into sheet metal components.
Load, position, and secure sheet metal parts into machinery.
Insert nuts, bolts, studs, and other fasteners according to job specifications.
Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production orders.
Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify accuracy.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of machine operating experience required.
Experience with metal fabrication, press equipment, or similar machinery preferred.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required.
