This is a full time, ONSITE role located in Shelburne, VT. This role reports to our production supervisor and operates on a 1st shift schedule M-F 7am-3m.Pay rate: $20-$21/hrBenefits Effective Day 1! Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Reimbursement, 10 Paid Holidays, 401 K with Company Match, Basic Life and AD & D Insurance, Paid Vacation, Employee Assistance Program, Retention Bonus, Referral Bonus and Attendance Bonuses!Job ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and operation procedures in a manufacturing environment.Use gauges and other measurement devices to insure accurate output of products.Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product integrity.Work with hand tools efficiently to complete tasks.Read routing sheets to understand and execute production requirements.Maintain accurate production reports and records.Learn and work within different stations, with ability to be cross trained on different machines.RequirementsAdhere to safety standards to create a secure working environment.Possess basic math skills of addition and subtraction.Demonstrate a consistent attendance record.Have reliable transportation to the workplace.Ability to pass a post-offer company-paid physical/drug screen and background check.Team oriented, flexible, and committed to delivering top quality products for important end user applications.Competitive salary.
