Avery Dennison is looking for a versatile team player to join our finishing center operations. In this role, you will ensure our high-quality products are perfectly packed, labeled, and prepared to meet exact customer specifications.If you have a "zero-defect" mindset, love a collaborative team environment, and are excited to cross-train on different assets, we want to hear from you!What You Will DoPrecision Assembly & Packaging: Sort, label, and safely package finished rolls to customer specifications and standard practices.Quality Control: Inspect the general appearance of products to protect our high standards, and check your work carefully at every stage.Team Collaboration: Partner across departments, track multiple active orders, and keep the production line smoothly supplied.Continuous Improvement: Participate in team problem-solving, maintain a clean, organized space, and conduct 5S audits.QualificationsWhat You Bring (Qualifications)High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and comfort following written standard operating procedures (SOPs).A collaborative spirit—you naturally step up to help a coworker succeed for the good of the team.Adaptability to learn new software applications (like MFG Pro) and a willingness to cross-train on automated machinery over time.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain a Lift Truck Operator's license.Benefits Start Day 1!Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision health plans.401(K) eligibility and tuition reimbursement.Paid parental leave, vacation time, and paid holidays.Additional InformationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or other protected status.
