Machine Operator / Production Operator (Manufacturing)Location: Pharr, TXPay: $11.50 per hourSchedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Schedule)Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, ThursdayWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, SundayPosition Summary We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating and monitoring equipment used to produce cleaning sponges, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work long shifts in a production setting.Job DutiesOperate and monitor production machinery according to established proceduresLoad raw materials and remove finished products from the production lineInspect products for quality, defects, and consistencyMake basic machine adjustments to maintain performancePerform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsMeet daily production goals while minimizing waste and downtimeQualificationsPrevious machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredAbility to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsAbility to work 12-hour shifts and rotating schedulesAttention to detail and ability to maintain quality standardsReliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift and move materials as needed
