We are the leading innovator in women's health, helping healthcare professionals around the world diagnose and treat their patients with precision, certainty, and confidence.The Machine Operator 2 will operate production equipment to meet production quality and quantity requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor equipment functions and operate equipment according to documented procedures.Provide technicians with details regarding equipment failure symptoms, as required.Assist with Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities by following established procedures.Support material handling activities as necessary.Maintain proper segregation of materials and lot/receiving numbers.Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition.Comply with all company policies, including safety regulations, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Quality System Regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Perform data entry related to lot records and quality control records, as required.Collect in-process samples for testing during production runs, as required.Perform other duties as assigned, including Operator 1 roles and responsibilities.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience1–2 years of previous manufacturing operator experience.CompensationThe annualized base salary range for this role is $39,800 to $58,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will depend on factors including relevant experience, skill set, knowledge, geographic location, education, business needs, and market demand.Agency and Third-Party Recruiter NoticeAgencies that submit resumes to Hologic must have a current, fully executed Hologic Agency Agreement signed by a member of the Human Resources Department.
