Machine OperatorCustom cable assembly company is seeking experienced machine operators to begin a new career producing custom cables for municipalities and the defense industry.Machine Operator Job Duties:Set up and operate a variety of machines such as extruders, braiders, stripers, bunchers, plantetary, respoolers and twinners.Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirementsTrouble shoot process problems and correctIdentify part numbers and follow production documentation.Machine Operator Job Requirements:Strong math skills including fractions2-3 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environmentMust be able to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)Must visually differentiate between colorsMust be able to lift 80 lbsStrong written and verbal communications skillsStable and consistent work history requiredCompany offers competitive wages and excellent employee benefits: 401K, Comprehensive Medical Insurance, Dental, Disability, Vacation.$17 - $19 hr DOE. M--F 2:00-10:45 pm
