These roles have the responsibility to produce and create the many products that the company offers.Responsibilities:Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of wire and wire productsWork with co-workers, supervisors and maintenance to troubleshoot issues with machines or materialMaintain a clean work environmentBe compliant with all safety regulationsRead, understand and follow production scheduleQualifications:Must be able to lift/carry at least 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safelyMust have reliable transportation and attendanceMust be able to become certified and operate a forklift safelyMust be able to pass pre-employment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screeningsMust be at least 18 years old – due to work environmentJob Type: Full TimeBenefits:MedicalDentalVisionHealth Savings AccountDependent Care FSACompany Paid Base Life InsuranceLife and AD&D InsuranceEAP401(k) – through the Teamsters UnionPension – through the Teamsters Union9 Paid HolidaysPaid vacation & sick timeSchedule: 12 Days on/2 days off 1st shift – 7:00am-3:30pm or 2nd shift – 3:00pm-11:30pm or 3rd shift – 11:00pm-7:30amPay and other information: $24.00+/per hour with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6 per hour in incentive pay depending on position.
