No experience? No problem. We'll pay you to train! Our 2-week Intek Operator Training Course will get you up to speed and ready to thrive.What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate extrusion equipment (extruders, co-extruders, heater bands, dies, etc.)Start up machines and set parameters to produce high-quality productsRead and understand prints, dimensions, and packaging specsMonitor and measure product quality, record data in SPC and LCS systemsPerform changeovers, adjust lengths and angles during runsTear down and clean equipment for the next production cycleKeep track of production data and footageWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who enjoys a challenge and takes initiativeMechanically inclined and curious about how things workComfortable using a computerGreat at organizing tasks and managing prioritiesWorks well independently and as part of a teamHas a reliable attendance and work historyWhy Join Intek?Imagine operating high-tech machines that work kind of like a giant Play-Doh fun factory—yes, it's that cool!
