We're not just creating products – we're contributing to a more sustainable future!What You'll Do:Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber productsMaster state-of-the-art mixing equipmentEnsure top-quality products through precise measurementsParticipate in our safety-first cultureShare your expertise by training team membersWhat You Bring:High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experiencePhysical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs)Strong attention to detail and quality focusCommitment to workplace safetyTeam-player mindsetForklift or skid steer experience is a plus!Work Environment & Physical Demands:This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
