Machine Operator AssociateStaffing Inc. is partnered with a local innovative packaging company in Holland, MI who is actively looking to hire a qualified Machine Operator Associate. This company provides a variety of packaging solutions for the wine and spirit industry, beauty and personal care industry, e-commerce, food, electronic, automotive and manufacturing sectors. The candidate will take packing materials from the machine, glue boxes, stack products, and more.Machine Operator Benefits:Holiday pay after completing 480 hoursBonusFriendly EnvironmentOpportunity to move up within the companyTemp to hireMachine Operator Worker Responsibilities:Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.Assemble componentsMonitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to maintain quality standards.Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.Maintain a clean and organized work area within factory setting.Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or malfunctions immediately.Clean the glue injectorsPrint labels and enter information into the computerOther duties as assignedMachine Operator Qualifications:Must be comfortable using computerAttention to detail with a focus on quality control during production tasks.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.Stand, twist, and bendAbility to lift 30 poundsPass a background check/drug testBe able to follow written and verbal instructionsGreat attendance and positive attitudeStaffing Inc. - an entirely employee-owned company - is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
