Our Stratford-based client is looking for dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their crew on 2nd shift. If you're reliable, motivated, and ready to earn extra income with steady overtime, this could be the perfect fit!What You'll Do:Read and follow job tickets and special instructions to complete tasks accurately.Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.Use scanners and computers to log completed jobs into our system.Operate equipment to produce basic print or packaging items.Load materials into machines, monitor performance, and keep things running smoothly.Troubleshoot small issues to prevent jams and keep production flowing.Work with other departments to meet production goals.What You Bring:Basic math and reading skills.1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting (a plus!).A team-player attitude and a strong attention to detail.Willingness to work overtime and be part of a fast-paced environment.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a solid career in manufacturing.
