Machine Operator 2nd Shift FlourJoin the DFS Family! Location: Theodore, AL 1st Shift Overtime Available with Occasional Weekends as neededAt Diversified Foods and Seasonings (a division of Al Copeland Investments), we produce millions of pounds of top-quality, kettle-cooked side dishes and gravies annually, serving restaurants across the U.S. and globally. We are proud of our product and our team, and we're looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join us.As a Machine Operator, you'll be a key part of our production team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency. Operating and maintaining cook rooms and packaging machinery, including film lifts, WULF packaging, ECONO-PAK robots, and more.Accurately recording production data and labelling.Staying informed on product specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.Keeping a clean and sanitary work area at all times.Communicating effectively with team members and management.What You'll BringBasic math and reading skills.Physical capability to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in fast-paced conditions.Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.Our Benefits We offer a supportive environment and an excellent benefits package, including:401(k)Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance, and Life InsurancePTOBirthday and Anniversary Recognition
