Machine Operator - 2nd Shift
Our client, an industrial manufacturing team, is seeking a Machine Operator - 2nd shift to join their operation in Turbotsville, PA. As a Machine Operator - 2nd shift, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on machine operation experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the focus to follow work instructions accurately and consistently.
Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd shift
Location: Turbotsville, PA
Pay Range:
$20-24/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
What's the Job?
Operate a CNC lathe and CNC mill with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Set up and run production work while maintaining quality and meeting daily output expectations.
Follow standard work instructions, job requirements, and operating procedures to keep production moving.
Perform routine checks during operation to help ensure parts are produced to specification.
Maintain a safe, organized work area and use required PPE throughout the shift.
What's Needed?
1 year experience operating a CNC lathe and mill.
Light industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work Monday through Friday (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI).
Willingness to complete required screening, including a 7-year background check and a 6-panel urine drug screen with THC.
Ability to follow strict workplace rules, including NO THC (a suspected THC result may result in termination) and adherence to the dress code.
