Machine Operator / Molder OpportunityExpress is seeking a Machine Operator / Molder for a manufacturing company in Irwin! Entry-level opportunity with paid training! No previous manufacturing experience is required. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on, repetitive work and a consistent routine.SHIFTS:1st Shift: $16.00/hr | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM3rd Shift: $17.00/hr | Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AMTraining: All new hires will train on 1st shift during their first week.First day: Start at 8:00 AMRemaining training days: Start at 7:00 AMWeek 2: Move to your preferred/assigned shiftTraining week pay will be based on the assigned shift rateBenefits of working with Express as a Machine Operator / Molder:Medical, dental, and vision benefitsWeekly paychecksWorking with a dedicated & responsive teamMonthly referral bonuses & more!Job Duties of the Machine Operator / Molder:Prepare molding materials and place them into the machineOperate molding equipment according to training and safety proceduresRemove finished parts from the machineInspect parts for quality and consistencyClean and prepare parts as neededPackage completed products into boxesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and production instructionsLift, push, or pull boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.Other duties as requiredQualifications of the Machine Operator / Molder:High school diploma or GED preferredNo previous manufacturing experience required – will train!Reliable and dependableComfortable performing repetitive tasks and following a consistent routineGood attention to detailAble to work in a warm manufacturing environment with some fumesAble to stand for extended periods with limited sittingAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPEAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional Opportunity:This position offers opportunities to advance into higher-level molding roles or other departments based on skills, performance, and capabilities.
