We're currently seeking a Machine Operator to help us deliver top-quality butter and dairy products through efficient operation of our print and packaging equipment. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced production environment — this is the role for you.What You'll Be Doing:As a Machine Operator, you'll take charge of running various packaging and print machines, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently to meet production goals.From verifying weights and codes to sanitizing equipment and keeping accurate records — you'll play a key part in maintaining quality from start to finish.You'll work with a variety of equipment, including: Quarter Pound & Pound Print Machines, Continental Machines (2 types), Seal & Whip Cup Machines (2 types), Whipper, Chips & Spreadable Machines.Along with daily operation, you'll be responsible for cleaning, assembling/disassembling, and backfilling into other roles as needed to support the overall production team.What We're Looking For:A reliable team player who values quality and consistency.Comfortable working around machines and following safety guidelines.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to keeping work areas clean and compliant.Previous machine operation or food manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required).Summary of Pay:Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00/hour-$27.81 per hour, plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.Summary of Benefits:We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and success of our team members, including:Health & Dental Insurance – 100% of premiums paid by the company with low deductibles.401(k) Retirement Plan – With 5% company match after 6 months of employment.Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit.Double-time pay – Saturdays and Sundays.Paid Time Off – Includes vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay.Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance.Company-provided Life insurance coverage.Hiring Bonus – $2,000 sign-on bonus.Reimbursements – Safety Footwear and Glasses.Referral Bonuses – Earn rewards for bringing great people to the team.Professional Growth – Opportunities for training, advancement, and career development.Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and pre-employment testing.
