Must complete a pre-employment physical and drug test. Must be able and available to work overtime as required. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist.Job Summary:Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:Machine setup & operationEssential Functions: Setup & programs DSICoordinates with production personnel for marinating processStages and weighs out ingredients for marinating prinePlans for daily production run with raw ingredients for marinating prine for the next shiftMaintains and monitors pick up weights on short and overages on finished productsCommunicates with production personnel and management on missed opportunitiesDaily reporting with QA for product out of specificationCommunicating with management when there are concerns with the following Production Safety Employee relationsPerforms other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or clientChecks quality of productSupervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Entry level. Other Requirements: No other requirements necessary.Working Conditions: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present.
