Job TitleCell TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Cell Technician is responsible for performing a variety of assembly and test functions with minimal supervision. This position requires operating testing equipment to ensure accurate readings and recorded values that meet all specifications. The role involves using necessary gauges and measuring equipment to ensure final assemblies meet customer specifications and dimensional requirements.ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of approved assembly techniques.Read, interpret, and understand assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions.Operate required test equipment and verify its calibration.Conduct test audits.Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as required and directed.Make necessary adjustments to correct irregular and/or non-conforming assemblies.Work closely with supervision and other team members to ensure production requirements are met and appropriate tooling and hardware are available.Assist and/or instruct others in daily activities as needed.Maintain appropriate knowledge and ability levels to efficiently perform all assigned work and utilize this knowledge base to become proficient in new/unfamiliar assignments.Maintain a satisfactory level of performance while following appropriate procedures and observing all pertinent safety rules and requirements.Maintain work area(s) in an organized, clean, and foreign object damage (FOD) free manner.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.US Person Status.Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings.Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and be willing to work effectively as a participative team member.Must demonstrate manual dexterity and a willingness to learn.Preferred QualificationsAt least 1 year of manufacturing experience.Benefits & Retirement PlansWe offer competitive benefit programs, including:Comprehensive coverage for medical, prescription drugs, dental, vision, voluntary optional life, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and critical illness insurance with competitive premium costs.401(k) Plan with company matching contributions at 100% of the first 5% of pay.Company-provided defined-contribution retirement plan with an annual contribution equal to 3% of pay.Career development and tuition reimbursement.Other benefits including paid parental leave, short and long-term disability programs, adoption assistance, a Care.com membership, and financial planning assistance are provided at no cost to you.Supplemental benefit programs including identity protection, legal protection, and pet wellness are available at competitive rates.Paid Time Off and 13 Company-Paid Holidays.LocationThis position is based in (City, State), a vibrant community known for its rich cultural heritage and thriving economy.
