Machine Operator - 3rd Shift - Shift Differential - J3D Systems in Littleton is adding a Manufacturing Machine Operator to our 3rd Shift production team to support our 3D printed titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome machines. We're seeking a full-time employee who can ensure our advanced products are prepared for each subsequent stage in the manufacturing process. Onsite This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 3 days a week (Friday - Sunday, 12 hour shifts, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm).What's in it for You!Competitive Compensation Package: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour shift differential. Ensure adherence to strict quality control procedures to deliver flawless end products. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly. Identify and troubleshoot potential issues with builds. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.Work Schedule: Enjoy a 3-day workweek on our weekend shift, Friday through Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, with four days off each week.QualificationsEducation HS Diploma or GED required. Experience Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions in a manufacturing environment.
