MACHINE OPERATOR
SHERIDAN
HANOVER, PA
3rd SHIFT | Monday-Friday | 12am – 8am
Full-Time

What You'll Do:
Responsible for the efficient operation of Digital Sheetfed Presses
Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
Accurately prep, organize, and manage files for the press
Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
Manage paper and/or supply inventory
Perform in regular rotation in bindery and finishing areas as needed
No press experience? No problem - we'll train you!
We're looking for people who:
Have experience operating machinery in any industry
Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
Can read basic job instructions and measurements
Take pride in doing quality work
Show up reliably and work well with a team
Availability and willingness to work overtime as required
Have a HS diploma or GED
It's a plus if you have:
Print, Bindery, or Finishing experience
Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
Physical Requirements
Frequent turning, bending, lifting (up to 15 lbs)
Frequent walking and/or standing.
Occasional kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and sitting.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
