Machine OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operator workers for a ceramics manufacturing company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you’ll support efficient production by setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery while ensuring quality standards are met. Read below for more information!Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PMJob Type: Temp | Full-timeWhat You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:Set up, operate, and maintain production machineryAdjust machine speeds and load/unload parts as neededPerform routine quality checks to ensure product conformityClean parts and prepare them for follow-on operationsMonitor production needs and document activity in logs, spreadsheets, and work ordersComplete transactions in the ERP systemSupport teamwork and a positive production environmentWhat You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:High school diploma or equivalentManufacturing or mechanical experience preferredBasic math and computer skillsKnowledge of basic machine operation, tools, and measurement devicesAbility to read blueprints and follow specificationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with small parts and toolsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and opportunities to grow your skills in a manufacturing environment.
