Machine OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company located in Audubon, MN. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:Review and follow work instruction, management system procedures and standard operating documentsRun CNC and manual machines, and handheld toolsInspect parts and identify defects and non-conformitiesConsistently and accurately complete all related paperwork/documentationMonitor fluids in machine and coolant flow in machineUtilize the 5-S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) to maintain an orderly, clean and safe work areaProduce parts that meet the Company’s quality standardsActively participate in events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiencies of our current processes and proceduresWork at a consistent and steady pace, be prepared to work each day, and report to assigned work center in a punctual mannerEnsure a safe work environment for self and othersFollow all safety rules and regulationsWhat You Need to Bring:High school diploma or GEDManufacturing experience preferred but not requiredMechanical aptitudeBasic math skills, must have a working knowledge of decimalsAbility to read measuring instrumentsAbility to read and follow work instructionsMust be detail oriented, with the ability to recognize defects and non-conformitiesAbility to work with limited supervisionGood attendanceAbility to safely operate a forkliftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
