Machine Operator – All Shifts – Metal Forming/CuttingNow Hiring for All shifts – Machine Operators!! ProLogistix is looking for experienced Machinists with previous CNC, Brake Press, Laser-Cutters or other relevant experience. This is a temp to hire position with a manufacturing company in NE Columbia. Job duties include but not limited to:Set up, program, and operate machinery specific to the manufacture of commercial HVAC unitsProficiently read, analyze, and understand blueprints, work orders, and measurementPositions stops or guides to specified length as indicated by blueprints, scale, rule or template.Maintains fabricating equipment and makes adjustments to prepare equipment for safe and efficient operation.Proficiently make measurement adjustments and calculationsInspect material and product for defectAccurately measure and identify materials based on work instructionsFollow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Shifts (in order of most needed):2nd Shift: $20.00/hour Mon-Fri (2:00PM – 12:30AM) & frequent Saturdays3rd Shift: $19.50/hour Sunday night- Thursday night & frequent Friday evenings (10:00PM- 7:15AM)1st shift: $18.50/hour Mon-Fri (5:00AM-3:00PM) & frequent SaturdaysBenefits of working with ProLogistixFamily day eventsMedical/dental/vision benefitsFree online coursesReferral BonusesTemp to hire opportunity with a great company who offers industry leading time off, childcare assistance, tuition assistance and more after conversion to permanent!Job Requirements:Attention to detail, team player and problem-solving skills.Ability to use all tools and equipment required to perform position.Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions related to repairs, ask follow-up questions and communicate clearly any obstacles with meeting deadlines and/or standards.Lifting up to 50 pounds.Standing, bending, stooping, and climbing continuously for the length of the shiftAbility to speak and read/write English fluentlyEducation and Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or GED RequiredPrevious Manufacturing ExperienceAt least 12 months of relevant machine operating experienceApply Now
