Ambassador Personnel is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Alma, GA. We are seeking dependable candidates with strong attention to detail who can safely operate production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery.
Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications.
Load materials and monitor product quality.
Inspect finished products for defects and production issues.
Troubleshoot minor equipment problems and perform basic cleaning/maintenance.
Complete production paperwork and quality records.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Work with the production team and assist in other areas as needed.
Qualifications
* Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Education : A high school diploma or GED is often preferred, but not always required. On-the-job training is frequently provided.
Experience : Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is often a plus
