Job description
Manufacturing Rubber PartsResponsible for manufacturing rubber parts using a variety of shop equipment and tools while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain various shop equipment to produce rubber componentsUse appropriate tools and techniques to maximize production efficiencyRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsApply basic math skills for measurements and production accuracyCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsQualifications:2–4 years of related manufacturing or shop experience preferredStrong understanding of technical drawings and basic mathExcellent communication skillsPhysical Requirements:Frequent standing and walkingOccasional sitting, bending, and kneelingContinuous visual focus required for machine operationSchedule:Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PMBenefits of Working with Express:Access to a variety of job opportunities and career pathways.Weekly Pay Options (Varies by assignment)Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Options401k Retirement Savings Account (Eligibility may vary)Dedicated Recruiter SupportOpportunities for long-term and direct hire placement
