Now Hiring Machine Operator Assistant
Location: Troy, OH
Pay Rate: $21.42 (during training on the 1st shift) - $21.92 per hour
Working Schedule: 2nd Shift OR 3rd Shift
Training Schedule: 1st Shift

What You'll Need - Requirements
Prior experience with coating or machine operation is preferred
Ability to liftup to 40 lbs.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Job Duties
Assist the coater operator in operating the production line
Monitor adhesive levels and ensure accurate paper handling
Perform quality checks and complete support tasks as needed
Maintain safety and cleanliness on the production floor
