Machine OperatorShift Options1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (+10% shift differential)Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support semiconductor manufacturing operations. In this role, you will operate orbital welding and tube-cutting equipment, inspect parts for quality, and work in both cleanroom and production environments.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate orbital welding machines.Operate tube-cutting saws and related production equipment.Read blueprints, work orders, and instructions.Inspect finished parts using calipers and other measuring tools.Verify quality and ensure products meet specifications.Follow cleanroom procedures and safety guidelines.Support daily production goals and maintain a clean work area.Qualifications1+ year of manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or quality inspection experience.Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.Ability to read measurements and use calipers.Strong attention to detail and quality.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.Preferred ExperienceSemiconductor, aerospace, or precision manufacturing experience.Orbital welding or fabrication experience.Cleanroom experience.High school diploma or GED.Why Join Us?Growing semiconductor industry with strong career growth opportunities.Retention bonuses at 30, 60, and 90 days.Up to $400 weekly performance bonus based on attendance and performance.Stable, team-oriented work environment with on-the-job training.Apply today to join a growing manufacturing team and build a career in the semiconductor industry.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
