Machine OperatorSeeking machine operators with previous manufacturing experience.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Machine Operator Details:Temporary position$19.50 to $20.50 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:15pm)Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently and safely.Execute packaging procedures for finished products according to specifications.Actively contribute to the smooth operation of the production line.Perform tasks that require standing for an 8-hour shift.Consistently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines and operational policies.Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts, as attendance is crucial.Machine Operator Qualifications:Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour shift.Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, food production, or production line environmentsSuccessful completion of a background check is required.Successful completion of a drug screen without THC is required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
