Job description
Machine OperatorWe are hiring an AIM Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Broken Arrow. This position will operate automated machinery used to produce and form metal components for industrial applications. We are looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and willing to learn. Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and good work history are encouraged to apply.Job Responsibilities:Set up and operate AIM manufacturing equipmentLoad raw material into machinery and monitor productionProduce metal parts according to job specificationsMake basic machine adjustments as neededMeasure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and qualityIdentify machine or production issues and notify the appropriate team memberUse basic hand tools and measuring equipmentMaintain production pace while meeting quality standardsKeep equipment and surrounding work areas clean and organizedFollow all safety and manufacturing proceduresQualifications:Previous machine operation, production, or manufacturing experience preferredMechanically inclined and comfortable working around industrial machineryAbility to read a tape measure and use basic measuring toolsStrong attention to detailDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow work instructions and production specificationsWillingness to learn new equipment and processesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentThis is an entry-level opportunity with room to learn and develop valuable manufacturing skills.
