Mixing OperatorWe are hiring for a Mixing Operator role within a growing manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating mixing equipment, blending powdered materials to production specifications, monitoring production processes, and supporting overall manufacturing operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.Associates will work in a manufacturing environment where they will operate mixing equipment, handle raw materials, monitor production batches, complete documentation, and support daily production goals. This position offers an opportunity to develop mechanical skills while working in a stable and team-oriented environment.Shift Schedule1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PMPay$20.00 per hourWeekly paychecks every FridayResponsibilities and DutiesOperate mixing equipment to blend powdered materials according to production specificationsFollow batch formulas and work instructions accuratelyWear required personal protective equipment, including a respirator when handling powdersMonitor production processes and ensure quality standards are metPerform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshootingLoad raw materials into mixing equipmentLift and handle materials weighing 30-40 pounds regularlyComplete production documentation and data entry using computer systemsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelinesCommunicate production issues to supervisors and team membersAssist with additional production duties as assignedSkills and QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferredBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityBasic computer skillsAbility to work in a dusty manufacturing environmentAbility to wear a respirator as requiredAbility to lift 30-40 pounds regularlyStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits and PerksMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceTerm life insuranceShort-term disability401(k)Employee assistance programPaid holidays for qualifying employeesReferral programSick and Safe Time (ESST)About Express Employment Professionals in Red Wing, MNEstablished in 1991, Express Employment Professionals in Red Wing, MN has partnered with over 700 companies throughout the region.
