Machine Operator Tier 1Location: 1546 Lake Dr West, Chanhassen, MN 55317Shifts Available: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM CST, Monday – Friday 2nd Shift: 02:30PM-10:00PM CST Mon-Fri 3rd Shift: 10:00PM-06:30AM CST Sun-ThuContract Length: 6 months (with possible extension/conversion based on performance and business need)Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holderKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machineryPerform quality checks and small machine adjustmentsInspect, document, and audit materials and production outputMaintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floorSupport other operators and assist during breaksFollow SOPs and safety protocolsCommunicate production issues to supervisorsRequirementsBasic math and computer skills (MS Office, Excel)Strong communication and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive motionsGood hand-eye coordination; must distinguish colorsAbility to use hand tools and read instructions0–1 year manufacturing/machine operation experience preferredAdditional InfoPPE like safety shoes and glasses may be requiredMust pass a background check (criminal, employment, DMV, etc.)
