Full-Time | No Weekends | 1st Shift (7:30am-4:00pm)
Starting at $18.25/hour + Union Benefits
Now Hiring: Machine Operators & Entry-Level Manufacturing Workers Looking for a hands-on job where you can use your mechanical skills? Whether you have experience in manufacturing, construction or you're just eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and manufacturing equipment
Load raw materials and support machine setup and operation
Perform quality inspection using basic measuring and visual checks
Grind, trim, and finish metal castings and parts
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical repair
Background in production, warehouse, assembly, fabrication, or industrial work
Understanding of blueprints, work instructions, or quality control processes
Experience with CNC machines, machining, or manufacturing equipment
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operation or skilled trades
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Requirements:
18+ years old
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Pay & Benefits:
Starting wage: $18.25/hour (based on experience)
Union benefits package (United Steelworkers)
