Full-Time | No Weekends | 3rd Shift (11:30pm - 8:00am)
Starting at $18.25/hour + Union Benefits
Now Hiring: Machine Operators & Entry-Level Manufacturing Workers
Looking for a hands-on job where you can use your mechanical skills? Whether you have experience in manufacturing, construction or you're just eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor production machinery and manufacturing equipment
* Load raw materials and support machine setup and operation
* Perform quality inspection using basic measuring and visual checks
* Grind, trim, and finish metal castings and parts
* Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
* Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical repair
* Background in production, warehouse, assembly, fabrication, or industrial work
* Understanding of blueprints, work instructions, or quality control processes
* Experience with CNC machines, machining, or manufacturing equipment
Qualifications:
* Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operation or skilled trades
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Requirements:
* 18+ years old
* Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Pay & Benefits:
* Starting wage: $18.25/hour (based on experience)
