Job description
Manufacturing OperatorPay Range: $13.00hr - $18.00hrRequirement/Must Have:High School Diploma.2+ years of manufacturing experience.Experience in a regulated environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic math and computer/Windows skills.Strong attention to detail and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours.Safety shoes are required.Responsibilities:Set up and operate automated manufacturing equipment.Adjust machine settings and perform minor maintenance/PM.Troubleshoot basic machine and product-quality issues.Perform filling, packing, assembly, labeling, and inspection.Inspect parts using gauges, jigs, and fixtures.Remove defective products/components.Assist with root-cause analysis.Maintain quality, safety, and maintenance documentation.Follow GMP, safety, and housekeeping procedures.Rotate between different production tasks.Skills:Machine Operation.Automated Manufacturing Equipment.Troubleshooting.Quality Inspection.GMP Compliance.Root-Cause Analysis.Qualification And Education:High School Diploma.
