Machine Operator- Coil Brush MachineWage: $18-$20/hourShift: 1stHours: 6:00am-2:30pm; 6:30am-3:00pmQPS Employment Group is hiring a Machine Operator- Coil Brush Machine for a company in Waukesha, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.Machine Operator- Coil Brush Machine Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Perform complete machine setups and changeovers, including adjustments to form rollers, channel coiler, retaining wire, shoes, trimmers, mandrels, piston assembly equipment, and other machine componentsOperate coil brush and related production machines to meet or exceed standard production rates while maintaining quality and specification requirementsConduct routine maintenance such as lubrication, general cleaning, and housekeeping to support a safe work environmentMaintain setup records, data sheets, and spare parts cabinetsComplete documentation, including statistical process charts (SPC), time sheets, and labor summaries as requiredCut raw materials and box finished product when applicablePerform or obtain quality checks at each operational step and report issues immediately to the production supervisorAssist in training and support of new department team membersMachine Operator- Coil Brush Machine Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Knowledge of basic shop math and metric measurements- Ability to use measuring tools such as rulers, micrometers, and dial calipers- Strong attention to detail, good analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Strong organizational skills are preferred- Frequent pulling, pushing, reaching, and repetitive motions- Ability to stand and walk for sustained periods and perform tasks like stooping and lifting- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; weights above 50 pounds may require assistanceIND022 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
