Machine OperatorThe Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating production machinery to manufacture components that meet quality and production requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate manufacturing equipment according to work instructions.Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency.Perform routine measurements and inspections on completed parts.Interpret blueprints, drawings, and production orders.Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major concerns.Complete required production documentation.Follow all safety and quality procedures.QualificationsPrevious machine operation experience preferred.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.Ability to read measuring devices and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to work overtime as needed.
