With us, you will earn while you learn how to operate different machinery to manufacture camshafts for the automotive industry.Pay Rates:1st Shift Grinding: $17/hour2nd and 3rd Shift Grinding: $18/hour1st Shift Assembly: $15.50/hour2nd and 3rd Shift Assembly: $16.50/hourPerks & Benefits: Modern, high tech environment, weekly paychecks, direct deposit or cash card pay options, medical / dental insurance, advancement opportunities.Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift.Employment Types: Full Time, Long Term.Pay Rate: $15.50 - $18.00 / hourDuties:Maintaining a safe work environmentResponsible for completing control plan inspectionsLoad, unload, sort, and inspect proper parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensure accurate assembly.Efficiently runs and operates all required equipment.Completes line start-ups and changeover activitiesCompletes other job duties as delegated by the department's Shift Supervisor or ManagerCross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demandsSteel-toed boots are required.Position Requirements:Assembly: Required to lift up to 45 pounds frequently; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawlGrinding: Same requirements as assembly, with occasional pushing/pulling up to 80 pounds; rarely lifting more than 80 pounds.Requirements:Background CheckDrug TestStand for Shift DurationMust be at least 18 years oldAble to lift 50 pounds.Required education: HS Diploma or GED.Recruiting Center: Onsite Interview, 75 Walz Creek Drive, Danville, IL 61834.
