Job description
Machine OperatorTotal Talent Resources is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will produce, inspect, and package small, high-quality components in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. This is a production-driven position with clearly defined quality and output expectations. No prior molding experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.Key Responsibilities:Operate small molding machines to produce precision componentsTrim parts using hand toolsInspect parts using magnification tools and microscopesMaintain consistent production output while meeting quality standardsIdentify and report defects or non-conforming productsVerify product quality throughout the manufacturing processPackage finished parts according to specificationsComplete basic production and quality documentationFollow all safety, quality, and manufacturing proceduresQualifications:Strong attention to detail and qualityGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work with small, intricate componentsAbility to maintain a steady pace while performing repetitive tasksBasic math skills, including addition and subtractionReliable work ethic and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and follow established proceduresRequirements:Must be at least 18 years oldMust be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder)
