Machine Operator Dry BlenderOur client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator Dry Blender to join their team. As a Machine Operator Dry Blender, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations that help optimize machine capability and product output. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues—aligning successfully in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.Location: Jackson, WIPay Range: $23Shift: 2pm-10pm Monday-FridayWhat's the Job?Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.Set-up, operate, and monitor various types of machines and specialized equipment used in dry blending.Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality or work being performed.Troubleshoot problems that occur and repair issues as needed to keep production moving.Accurately maintain records and documentation as required, and report food safety problems and unusual issues to your supervisor.What's Needed?High school diploma or GED equivalent.At least 2 years' experience in the job function or similar role in the manufacturing industry.Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record required data.What's in it for me?Work in a role where your safe, quality-focused decisions directly impact production outcomes.Join a team environment that values communication with supervisors, quality control, and other machine operators.Build confidence by applying specialized knowledge to troubleshoot routine equipment malfunctions.Contribute to a culture that follows SOPs, GMPs, sanitation rules, and good housekeeping practices.Stay engaged through required company training for food safety and plant safety.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
