Machine Operator Entry Level IFlowery Branch, GA, United States Warehouse/Manufacturing$ 15.00 - 16.00 (US Dollar)About the JobOperate and maintain machines and equipment while adhering to all quality and safety standards.This is a 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm (Occasional OT on Saturdays). $1.00 per hour shift differentialWhat You Will Be Doing:Performs packing, rewinding/assembly, or pre-press functions and operates associated machineryFollows work order instructions and performs labeling requirementsPerforms quality tests per ISO proceduresAdheres to productivity standardsComplies with all required safety practices and use of PPELimited requirement for decision making in roleContributes primarily through execution of defined processes and procedures but may make suggestions for process improvementResolves a variety of simple problems of limited complexity by following highly detailed instructions or proceduresTransmits and receives basic information related to role in order to carry out dutiesBuilds productive working relationships internally, generally within immediate department or teamLearns policies and procedures and how to apply them to issues experienced in routine activitiesLearns and closely follows established processes and directionsReceives Direct Supervision for routine work, new projects or assignmentsTrains other team members as directed by supervisor or leadExperience You Will Need:Basic math and computer skills (will train on internal software)Ability to read a ruler effectivelyAccepts direction and instruction from supervisor1+ years' experience within manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation preferredAbility to work with light to medium machinery: cartridge press and pallet jack is preferredHigh School Diploma or GEDPackage DetailsExcellent Medical, Dental and Vision Care including Life Insurance!100% Matching 401k of the first 2% and 50% of the next 4%!Robust PTO, holidays and community service days!Wide range of voluntary benefits and rewards!Performance base bonuses!Pet Insurance!
