Job description
Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at Robert Bosch in Florence, KY. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the assigned machinery. Join the team that has been providing parts and accessories for all types of automobiles in North America since 1906.
What We Offer
New Pay | $20.00 to $22.60 per hour based on shift and performance
Perfect attendance bonus, additional $1 per regular hour
Second and Third Shift Available
8-hour shifts*

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred, not required)
Stable work history
Good attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
Follow work instructions for proper assembly of component parts
Maintain proper productivity pace and targets
Perform and document all required control plan and quality checks, by following quality instructions
Follow all procedures for material identification, traceability, and handling of non-conforming product
Elevate safety, quality, and productivity problems or issues to appropriate personnel
Perform other tasks as assigned
