Machine Operator OpportunityLooking for your next step in food manufacturing and have at least one year of food production machine operator experience, the ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and are comfortable working in a refrigerated environment? This temp-to-hire Machine Operator role could be a great fit for you.You will be working for a well-established food processing facility that produces fresh, ready-to-eat products distributed to major businesses across the region. The facility offers a consistent schedule, overtime opportunities, and a supportive, diverse team environment. Upon permanent hire, you will receive full healthcare benefits, a 401(k) with a 4 percent match, and accrued paid time off.In this Machine Operator role, you will help ensure that production lines run smoothly and safely, supporting the company's mission to deliver high-quality, ready-to-eat products. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants stability, hands-on work, and room to grow in the food manufacturing industry.Machine Operator Duties:Operate and monitor food production machinery to maintain consistent output and quality.Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.Adjust machine settings and perform minor troubleshooting to reduce downtime and maintain efficiency.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP guidelines, and all food safety protocols.Record production data, including output rates, downtime, and quality issues, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.Schedule:6am start time to (until job is done for the day).
