Machine Operators / General LaborersA steel banding manufacturing company is seeking dependable Machine Operators / General Laborers to join its production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work safely, stay productive, and help keep orders moving on time.Current ScheduleMonday–Friday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PMMandatory 12-hour shiftsSome Saturdays requiredRegular ScheduleMonday–Friday: 6:00 AM–4:00 PMResponsibilitiesOperate machinery used in steel banding production.Prepare steel materials for shipment.Load and unload steel parts safely and efficiently.Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.Work with team members to meet production and order-fulfillment deadlines.Follow all workplace safety rules and maintain a clean work area.QualificationsAbility to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.Must be able to work the required schedule, including mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays.Steel-toe boots are required.Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to safety are essential.Additional InformationRaises may be available based on attendance and work performance.Apply today for an opportunity to build manufacturing experience with a growing production team.
