Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2 PM

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
Basic math skills for measurements and quality checks.
Experience Requirements
No previous braiding machine experience required. Paid training provided.
Manufacturing, production, machine operator, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to learn machine operation, quality standards, and production processes.
Dependable team player with strong communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime or varying shifts as needed.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to handle small-gauge wire, bobbins, and production materials.
Visual ability to inspect cable braid patterns, wire placement, and product quality.
Comfortable working around moving machinery and moderate noise levels while following PPE requirements.
Job Duties
Operate braid machines used to apply metallic braid to heat trace cable.
Load carriers and bobbins with wire materials, including tinned copper and stainless steel.
Assist with machine setup and changeovers under supervision.
Monitor machine performance and braid patterns during production runs.
Inspect finished cable for defects, gaps, loose wires, and uneven coverage.
Measure cable dimensions using basic measuring tools and record production data.
Complete production paperwork accurately and report equipment or quality concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety standards.
